Not happy with hair cut came out looking a mess, washed it when I got home and one side is longer than the other will not be having the same stylist again. The cut is terrible.

Very disappointed. On my first visit, I had Kevin who cut my hair, and it was great, however, I was not able to book in with Kevin on this occasion, but because kore have such a good reputation, I felt confident and I trusted them. Sadly on my second visit, It was not the experience I had the first time. Another young man cut my hair, and I can honestly say., its The worst haircut I have ever had, and expensive to boot. Totally not what I asked for, In the end I had to say Just leave my hair alone, I felt like the sheep dog in the specsavers, even my family have commented on it!! comments such as, oh no what have you done to your hair?? oh what a shame. I am not going to name the young man who did it but you know who you are. I did not want to cause a scene in the shop, but I did tell him that I hated what he had done, needless to say the atmosphere when I left the shop was frosty. I went straight home and washed my hair, thinking I could selvage something, but unfortunately, there is little I can do about a bad cut. I now feel a total mess. Its going to take me months to grow it before I can go elsewhere for a decent cut. I am not only disappointed I am distraught at the horrible mess my hair is now. y needless to I will never come back.

I wasn't happy as my haircut cost more than the advertised price, with no explaination offered. I think that if additional services eg. a head massage cost more, that should be made clear when they are offered.

I was very pleased with my hairstyle and will definitely go back. I felt a little rushed but it was a Saturday. I was looking forward to a short head massage which didn't happen.

I had (following expensive discussion) my hair coloured by Tracey, it looks amazing and she really is a colour expert, it's exactly what I wanted, lifting the colour around my face. I then went to Marvin and asked for a trim but specified I really wanted to keep my length and didn't want much off at all, a 'barely there' trim. Marvin confirmed a trim of as little off as possible and we discussed changing the shape around my face, I was happy and he set to work. Unfortunately, the end result is not what I asked for, I have a beautiful cut, he obviously knows what he is doing, but it's at least 3inches shorter and that's not what I asked for. The style Marvin cut is exactly what I was planning for after my wedding but it was important to me to keep my length for it to be versatile for the wedding. I will return to the salon again, as Tracey is amazing, but I won't be having Marvin again as he doesn't give the customer what they ask. I'm sorry for having to provide some negative feedback.
