We've just moved into the village and I'd never used the salon before. On a spur of the moment I booked to have my bob cut off and Lauren was brilliant. She called me after I'd booked on line to check what I actually wanted doing to ensure there was sufficient time - which there was. Everyone in the salon is friendly and welcoming and I left with a fantastic new short haircut and having spent an hour chatting to lovely people. Would recommend to anyone.
