Coming to have my hair done at Keith Hall is relaxing and it always looks and feels great. Kate or Charlie usually cut and style and Lottie often washes my hair - all do an excellent job as well as being friendly and pleasant. Although I do find it is quite expensive now that I am not working (retired!) I do hope to be able to continue to be a customer! Thanks to everyone for making customers feel welcome too.

I am have been visiting KH Leicester for many years, and the staff have always been more than kind, courteous and highly skilled. I am rarely able to book more than a few days in advance for appointments due to the nature of my work, but I am always confident that, whoever colours or cuts/styles my hair, the results are always pleasing. I have got to know many of the stylists over a long period of time and would like to particularly commend Charlie, Sue, Ellie, Kate and Liz. They listen to what I want, and manage to make me leave the salon feeling 100% better. I've always had excellent service at the salon and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

It isn't a new look at all. I have been visiting the salon regularly for a long time - nearly 30 years? - and have always been very satisfied. But now that I am semi-retired it is a rather expensive luxury and when I stop working completely I shan't be able to afford it. The reason I haven't said I'm very likely to recommend it to friends is that they are similarly placed to me, money-wise! Two of them are very fortunate in having salons - another firm - near them who offer pensioners special low rates at off-peak times.
