Staff were friendly as always. And always asked questions to make sure you are comfortable with things like water temperature, tightness of braids etc Very easy to talk too. Favourite salon in Manchester, they really know what they are doing

Great service, everyone is friendly and welcoming. I was seen to straight away, As always the stylist (K) was very professional and worked wonders with my natural hair. I’ve been going to JT2 for nearly 2yrs and would recommend this salon.

Staff were really lovely and professional. The environment was very calm and relaxing. My hair dresser knew what she was doing, and handled my hair with care especially considering my hair was a 4c texture
