Am disappointed there is no recognition or loyalty incentive scheme that suits me. I have been coming to John Carne for 3 years now and have a blow dry, if not several blowdrys, every week nearly, plus colour and cuts as needed, but do not get any discount. The stamp card only works if you have a cut, and I do not often do that as I have long hair. It also only gives me free children's cuts etc. I would rather have a discount off my own hair in some shape or form. I feel my loyalty deserves being acknowledged. Other than that, I love the staff and find them very flexible and professional at all times.
