I have visited this salon on 2 occasions both experiences were fantastic however on this occasion the stylist showed very bad attitude was not very friendly towards my 15 month daughter she was very rude and she is not good around kids. My daughters hair is not cut proper it is uneven from the front. Overall the 2 ladies who welcomed me in store were absolutely fantastic but its a shame my experience with the stylist was very uncomfortable

I have been coming to the salon since it opened, following my hairdresser from his previous salon. He hasn't been available the the last few times I have been, and I have been seeing another top stylist. The hhaircuts have always been fantastic, however I feel the customer service over the years has been less than satisfactory. I am no longer offered the option of having the massage function on the chairs, drinks are not offered and a lack of personal service.

Having used Jo and Cass for a number of years I was disappointed to find myself double booked. Whilst my hairdresser at £36 cut my hair, I then had a different lady dry and style my hair, before my original stylist came back (from another client) to check my hair. Whilst I appreciate she did cut my hair it wasn’t quite the same experience I usually get and I did feel like it was all about money as she clearly had several people at the same time. I do feel that I might as well just book the cheaper stylist of this is the service I’m going to receive.

I was in for a blow dry- curl on Saturday. My hairdresser Emily was friendly, welcoming, and giving advice to all my questions. However the curls she put in fell out before I even got home. Which is obviously very disappointing. As a side note / pro my hair does feel super soft and smooth so the products used during the wash are nice.

I think the online booking system needs to change. I didn't know who I was booking with due to only being able to pick names not the stylist abilities. So I ended up paying for a top stylist which I didn't really need. Only had a trim and blow dry. £50 is alot for that I personally think. The customer service wasn't great either no conversation really from the stylist. No offer of how I wanted my blowdry or products in my hair nothing. No advice or anything really. Don't think I'll be coming back until the booking system is better and customer service skills are alot better
