Rolando was absolutely amazing! I came in asking for a balayage but ended up getting a full head of Highlights because of Rolando’s advice and I don’t regret it one single bit! The outcome was more amazing than expected and my hair was left feeling silky smooth! Could not recommend him enough, absolute phenomenal service too!! Noo complaints what so ever, 5 stars from me!!!
