We moved to Kendal last year and it’s the first time using a salon here. The welcome was good we were greeted by someone on reception, she offered us a drink straight away and got the car out for my daughter. The lady who cut my daughters hair was wonderful, chatting to Lottie and praising her for sitting well which I think always helps. The only thing I would say is the salon has a very clicky feel, some of the girls are a bit stand off ish. But overall the experience here was great.
