I was greeted at reception in a friendly and professional way. The stylist Conner was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice for styling my hair type. I left feeling amazing with a wonderful new haircut. 10 out of 10

I’ve have used this salon a number of times. But I’m alway left feeling like I’m not important enough. I arrive on time (usually 5mins early) im greeted very nicely and shown to a seat, offered a beverage. Eventually the hairdresser comes over (10/15 minutes after my appointment time) no apology. She asks what I want I explain and she usually does how own take on it. My booked appoint said I would be in for 1 and a 1/2 hours, I was 3 and 1/2, it stated it would cost £60.50 it cost £80.05, not sure why as no itemised bill. I think I’ve tried on a number of occasions and may be this isn’t the salon for me.
