This was my first and last time at this hairdressers, they were running 30 minutes late and no one bothered to tell me and when I eventually started getting it cut I had to tell her several times it was incorrect and not how I wanted it. She never said one single word to me the whole way through and just to annoy me even more she was told her next client was here and told the receptionist to say she was running late, wish she had done this with me. So never again.

i am regular clinet to Jo and Cass in Morecambe. Unfortunately over years that place become more and more obscure. It is very dirty and unpleasant.Lost its friendly feel and imaginative touch from stylists. it was my last visit to saloon. Cherry on the cake was price- I have booked online £39.50 visit, and after treatment I was charged £42.50. When questioned, just got shrug of shoulders.

I asked for a specific cut, however, my hair was cut FAR shorter than necessary and the stylist only glanced at the picture once and proceeded to do their own thing.

I’ve have used this salon a number of times. But I’m alway left feeling like I’m not important enough. I arrive on time (usually 5mins early) im greeted very nicely and shown to a seat, offered a beverage. Eventually the hairdresser comes over (10/15 minutes after my appointment time) no apology. She asks what I want I explain and she usually does how own take on it. My booked appoint said I would be in for 1 and a 1/2 hours, I was 3 and 1/2, it stated it would cost £60.50 it cost £80.05, not sure why as no itemised bill. I think I’ve tried on a number of occasions and may be this isn’t the salon for me.

Wendy, who did my hair was great and very attentive. The salon were able to get me a next day appointment. The young lady who washed my hair was a little rough and pulled my hair a little when running her fingers through it as she had long nails. Two of the massage chairs weren’t working and the young lady was a little scratchy with the head massage. I was asked if i would like a drink when i first sat down, but this had not arrived after the shampoo, so the young lady went to get it for me. Wendy, who was lovely, asked if i would like a drink, I explained that the young lady was getting it, so she began to cut my hair. Some time passed and Wendy realised there was no drink, so she went to chase it up. A few mins later a 3rd young lady brought me a drink. This is a treat for me to have a relaxing experience and Wendy was able to allow me to have that.

Great hair cut, however I was really disappointed with the broken chairs for hair washing as it's not great for your back. The walls looked rather grubby and the fish tank could certainly use abit of a boost of colour/cleaning.
