I had my hair cut and styled by Natalie. She was lovely, very professional and did a great cut! The salon has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are really friendly. My only slight comment to make was that the salon is clearly well used and look as though it just needed a deep clean/paint touch up in some areas to make the experience 11/10.

I was looked after from entering to leaving! The advice I was given when I asked about, perhaps having a colour, enabled me to make the decision without any concerns & colour choice confusion!!! The stylist I had was very welcoming, talkative, fully knowledgeable and has such a lovely personality!!

Had specifically booked a cut for my daughter with Alfie and arrived for appointment to be told Alfie was not in that day. Didn't receive any message prior to appointment that there would be a change which would have been appreciated as we would have changed the appointment. We had come to town specifically for the appointment so we agreed to go ahead with the alternative offered. When asked if my daughter was having a dry cut or a wash and cut, I asked what the price was for wash and cut and was told it would be £22, however when we got to the till she told me it was £27 which is a big difference when on a restricted budget and I wouldn't have agreed to the wash and cut for that price as it was too much for what was basically a trim for waist length hair.
