Danielle my stylist is brilliant. I have a short hairstyle and she cuts it well. Not every stylist knows how to cut a short style that will remain looking great as it grows.

The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, luxurious interior and I felt like a princess the whole time. Attentive staff - lovely offers of tea/ coffee, magazines, Ipad etc. My hairdresser Danielle was so lovely, taking a personal interest in me as a customer. She was chatty, attentive and I trusted her professional judgement as a hairdresser. I left feeling a million dollars and was charged less than what I had been told it would cost over the phone when I booked the appointment, which obviously was a huge bonus! Can't wait to go back!

I travel 70 miles for my hair appointments ,always enjoy the experience especially the head massage! Excellent cuts by all staff, I had a slight disappointment with my colour this time, first in 15 years and partly my fault for not expressing the colour properly, beautiful and shines but just not me, however excellent stylist said at the time said if I wasn't happy she would re do it, didn't settle and had it done 2 weeks later, no fuss made and still felt as welcome and special as always and now love my new normal colour ! Thank you Jo&Cass worth the travelling !
