No proper chairs to relax in,, pedicure in a hallway opposite wc with paint and building materials piled up in the corner, definitely not a spa experience. Very disappointing

Obviously not the first highlights I do, but definitely the most expensive. I'm a Rush customer and usually get a blow dry included in the price and never had the need to have a toner. I've confirmed the price before I booked, during my appointment we agreed on colour, had highlights done, then when shampoing they asked me what colour I need to add... I was shocked as I thought we're done! then I checked my hair and saw the yellow whitish colour and got that they'll be adding toner... on top my hair got so dry that I had to accept for oil treatment to be done. At the end, had to pay for all those extras... toner, oil treatment and blow dry. although staff were nice, but I will not repeat the experience again.

Too costly for the service received. Foot massage not great at all. Facial massage was better.
