Very pleasant experience. My stylist is experienced and personable. I feel confident when taking her advice. She recommends products but doesn't do the hard sell which I would hate. The environment is comfortable and even the back wash is bearable- I have been in salons where it was quite painful! The music leaves a little to be desired - repetitive.
