This is a very special place - of course the treatments are excellent, but what makes it different are the people who are so sweet and nurturing - led by the incomparable Izzy who brings the extra magic - I always feel loved and looked after by her - which is why it is so special. I have been to loads of salons - this is very different !

I am always very well looked after by all the staff who are polite, professional and caring. I regularly have Gel Nails and they are fabulous . I have also had Laser hair removal and the results have been absolutely fantastic. Thank you Institut de beaute.

From my very first visit I was made to feel welcomed, with very professional staff, I was very tense from work and the young lady that massaged my back found my knots almost straight away and worked them well, so when I walked out I felt I was walking on a cloud. The first time I used the online request and found it very easy to use. When I went back a second time, they had made a note of the young lady that massaged me before and so she could massage me again, I just wish I could remember her name so I can ask for her again, although probably best I don't tell anyone else in case she isn't free for me next time :) I highly reccomend this salon.

Tanning area is too small and appointments are too tight. I was ushered out in a dressing gown to another room before the spray tan could dry in order for the next client to come in.

I have been a happy and loyal client for approx 13 yrs!! which speaks for itself. I have recommended many friends, who have also become happy loyal clients. If in doubt try, you will not be disappointed.
