Lee and Heidi are commited to providing excellent customer service. I am not young or particularly trendy but Lee always had creative suggestions of how to make the best of my hair and encouraged me to be brave and try change. I loved the fact that he didnt view me in any partcular age frame. He didn't pressure me to colour my silver hair but made the most of the colour giving me sophisticated sharp hair cuts. He talked me through every step of the cut and his ideas. I always felt great when I left the Salon and was always treated as a valued client by all his staff.
