Lovely salon - very close to Norwich Railway Station - with a range of drinks which you can help yourself to whilst waiting - and more drinks offered during consultation. I was offered a 3pm appointment (the salon wanted to leave plenty of time for my 1.30pm optician's appointment in the centre of town) but I walked in early and was able to have an appointment within minutes of arrival. Nikita took time to ask how my previous cut with her had been and gave me a seriously good upgrade on what had been done previously. I would recommend this salon without hesitation and the reason for any shortfall in rating is that I am sure that there are cheaper options out there - but you cannot put a value on looking a million dollars so I am probably being picky on this point.

The environment has changed because of Covid safety measures, which are thorough and I felt totally safe. Although I felt welcome and comfortable, of course it effected measures such as a coffee etc. but there is now way around this under the current circumstances.
