I’ve been visiting Image for several years, every six weeks or so and have yet to have a poor or even an average cut. Becky knows me well but on occasions when she has been unavailable others (Sharon) have been equally fun to see. I’m a male client who believes that a ‘good cut’ is obvious. On the odd occasion when I’ve had to get a cut elsewhere the experience is noticeable - no head massage, no coffee, no friendly banter and hair just cut shorter with no style. My haircut is my six weekly treat.

This salon is by far the best I have been in for years; it has a sizeable waiting room with drink-making facilities (not used on this occasion as Nikita made a made-to-order pot of tea) with loads of magazines to read during the very short wait. Nikita is an excellent stylist - interested to hear exactly how her last cut had fared with me and whether it could be tweaked or improved upon; in this case no, pbecause it had behaved impeccably. I enjoyed the time spent with her and loved the outcome - another amazing cut! The "before and after" (because I had left it far too long between appointments) was astounding!! As I come in to Norwich by train Image's proximity to the station on Riverside is the thing that lured me in on my first visit and I would not want to change Nikita under any circumstances. Highly highly recommended.

The environment has changed because of Covid safety measures, which are thorough and I felt totally safe. Although I felt welcome and comfortable, of course it effected measures such as a coffee etc. but there is now way around this under the current circumstances.
