When I arrived I was told my usual stylist had left the salon,and it is not company policy to inform clients before they attend their next appointment that they will have a different stylist.I do not think this is good customer service. I had to make a quick decision as to whether to go ahead with the appointment at a stage where my hair really needed to be cut, and I was already in the salon. I realise this is done to stop the leaving stylist poaching clients from the salon, but I personally think this policy is bad customer service. The replacement stylist did a good job and was very helpful, but I am still not happy about the way the situation was handled.

Thank you for your review, I have taken into account your comments about our customer care and on reflection realised this wasn't dealt with appropriately. I fortunately haven't lost that many stylists before and feel that in future we will call our customers before hand, to pre warn them of a stylist change. Please except our sincere apologies.
