Lovely girls, friendly and hardworking. I was just a surprised on the pricing: Id had a good experience with Lisa for a cut and blow dry two weeks beforehand for around £40 This time I was charged £56 for full head highlights, £20 for the blow dry and £5 to trim my fringe , plus £15 I had paid as a deposit It’s the extra £20 for the blow dry I don’t understand? Would you have sent me home with wet hair if I hadn’t had a blow dry Im usd to spending money on my hair but just felt the pricing wasn’t clear?

Although staff (Kyle) was lovely and I like my cut. My curls dropped out before lunch time, before I got to the wedding i was attending. I did say that my hair didn’t hold very well and ask for tighter curls and more spray to hold but this was disregarded so the money spent on the curling was wasted which is a shame. . Kyle was lovely and patient not asking me too many questions about products etc, as I had already said I wasn’t a huge fan of hair dressers. That I always feel really awkward and uncomfortable, with questions about the treatments etc. Kyle made me feel slightly less anxious than I usually do which is something that would encourage me to use the salon again.

This is a beautiful salon and staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I would not recommend to family as I did not realise this is a dog friendly salon. Several of my family have allergies and the presence of dogs would make them significantly ill. The treatment room was very pleasant likewise the member of staff who delivered my treatment. Sadly the luxury and relaxation was spoiled by the noise of a dog barking. Shame really as it’s a lovely salon with lovely staff.

I booked to have eyebrow wax with Lisa.i was advised by her colleague who was busy with a customers nails that Lisa was in a room and would be with me shortly. When Lisa’s colleague had finished the customers nails they both went into a room with Lisa. Both reappeared and I was told Lisa would be another15-20 mins. I advised I could not wait 15-20 mins and would need to cancel. Lisa’s colleague advised she could wax my eyebrows. I agreed . I am now wondering whether to try somewhere else !

No one on reception or in sight when I got there. No refreshments ordered and I was not asked for my reward card to collect points.

Amazing cut and colour and lovely friendly staff. However I was a bit gutted with the price. It seems to have climbed up quite a bit and although I love my hair I may have to consider finding somewhere a bit cheaper. My hair is quite short and over 70.00 for a cut and colour every 6-8 weeks is too expensive.
