When booking online the client should be told exactly how much it is, rather than give you a name of a stylist. I was shocked to be charged £49.50 when I was not advised what level the stylist was.

Sorry what you feel this way Victoria. We have no secrets about our pricing but we take on board that this information could have been easier to access. We will change our online system to show our pricing as suggested.

As you know my last extensions looked like spaghetti. Unfortunately, these tape ones are even worse and are full of tats , look like dry candy floss . Amber kindly gave me some treatment to try and so I will try this . However, the day after Amber doing my hair it was really dry and like fuzzy floss , which means I am having to try treatments because of this . Please contact me in a few days to discuss. It’s really disappointing as I feel self conscious as my hair looks so brittle and dry with these .

I rated over all environment at 7 because there were lights out of action and that half of the salon was darker than it should have been. I was happy with my haircut and the attention I got but it was over in 25 mins. £52 felt like a lot for 25 mins
