The girl who blow dried my hair and the girl who washed my hair were both extremely rough and pretty rude. Despite me repetedly asking them to be a bit more careful, I spent a lot of time feeling like my hair was about the be ripped out of my head. On top of that, neither of them smiled once and there was zero chat beyond the basics of how I wanted my hair and where my part was. It was a pretty stark comparison to the great service I receive when I go to HOB West Hampstead!! My hair was done well, which is the saving grace of the whole thing. I genuinely couldn't believe how rude and unfriendly the girls were.

Kingsley was great at explaining the current condition of my hair colour, more importantly he found a great solution and match. I was particularly impressed with his multi tasking! Two heads on the go. The only thing I would comment on is the price of the products that I bought. Shampoo and conditioner although I'm sure they are great it did bump my total up by £34 I will certainly visit next time I'm in the UK Thank you

Great salon, clean, professional, great staff, with all the latest techniques. But check they've charged you the right amount and be aware that they move you to different seats, so plop everything in your bag when they ask you to go to the sink.
