We made a 4pm appt for my 16 yr old daughter to have long hair washed, trimmed and curled for her prom night. A few days before we had to put the appt back to 4.45 due to school commitments. I was not told that the stylist would have to change until we arrived and I was disappointed. My daughter was now the client of Nesta. Experienced but unknown to us and rather quiet. The cut looked good, but the curling was rather rushed and he did not really engage in a dialogue re how to make her hair look fuller at the top. She waited at least 20 mins whilst another client was attended to. We were short of time at this point. Subsequently the curls did not hold for more than an hour and on the prom pictures look rather straggly. I spent £49 on this. Disappointed of whetstone N20. mob no. 07596968377
