Appointment started 30 mins late but colourist (Ozzie) apologised. I felt like she really listened to me when I explained what I wanted (and didn't want) colour wise. Stylist (David) also listened and made a good job of cut, very accurate. Ozzie came to check colour (this doesn't always happen at Hob) Coffee is still terrible!! I had cappuccino. As it was a Monday I got 50% off colour services. A good deal as I consider normal Hob prices to be extremely high. I was offered "recommend a friend" card, but I don't have any friends in the area.
