I have been going to this salon for a few years and everyone is helpful and friendly especially Spencer on reception. BUT the manager Adam has never once said good morning or hello. If you run a business it is your job to know all your clients and at least say hello when you can as all the other staff always do. My hairdresser Toni looks after me wonderfully and nothing is too much trouble for her.
