Comment
This was my fourth or fifth visit to this salon. The stylists and colourists have always been good. But the salon has let me down every time with their timing. It has always taken far longer than the allotted time. On one occasion I had to give up waiting for the haircut after colour, and return the next day for it to be cut. On another occasion the appointment overran so much that two stylists had to dry my hair simultaneously in order for me to be able to leave and pick my children up from school. Makes the experience unnecessarily stressful. Advice-if they say your appointment will take 2 hours, allow yourself nearer 4.
