Kelly cuts the most stylish 'bob' which keeps its shape for weeks. Her colouring technique is brill too. She's lovely and interesting to chat too but leaves me to close my eyes, drift off slightly and enjoy the whole experience every now and then. Bliss! 100% recommended.
