HBA require all colour clients who have not had colour in the salon for more than 12 months to have a skin test 24 - 48 hours prior to any colour service.

Annie & Chloe could not do enough to accommodate what I wanted. First in trying to source the same colour I have had for years, despite using a different brand. Unfortunately, when that wasn't available, Chloe made sure I didn't leave the salon until I was entirely happy with the colour (and cut). Excellent customer service.
