Lisa was my hairdresser today & I have requested her from now on. Instead of telling me things that I wanted to hear, she gave me really professional advice on what would suit me & my hair better… instead of just going for the easier option. She kept communicating with me every step of the way, which, as a control freak, I really appreciated. And then made the salon a safe place for me while turning my hair into a dream hair style, making the 3 hour session fly!! Although I assured her I wasn’t head sore, with every tat, she was gentle & apologised for any slight pressure applied. This was something that really stuck with me as my little sister is very head sore & has ADHD, and it was the first time that I thought she would feel at ease getting her hair done. Since donating my hair, I’ve always gone to Harry Anthony to get my hair done as it’s always give me the best results, however, I felt I was getting more of a yellow tint after my last head of highlights… Lisa fixed me right up, leaving me extremely happy with the results, boosting my confidence from the moment I left the salon, which is everything for a 24 year old woman! I never really leave reviews, but this was an experience I simply couldn’t keep to myself! Lisa… Thankyou… for making me feel heard, comfortable & giving me great advice on keeping my hair healthy throughout my growth journey. Thankyou for not telling me things I wanted to hear, but teaching me about my own hair & how to get the best results, for making me laugh when I am going through a rough time & pampering me throughout. One extremely happy girl right now.
