The salon itself is really lovely. Clean bright great music friendly staff and great products. However the stylist we were given was hopeless. Despite repeated clear request and instructions and visual photographs to explain a very specific hairstyle required (and not a complicated one...) he did the EXACT OPPOSITE and we came away very upset and unhappy and now have to wait several months for hair to grow out - as all the hair we SPECIFICALLY SAID NOT TO TOUCH was SHAVED OFF!!!!!!! clearly this stylist was inexperienced - but nobody else intervened. I have had really positive results from a different stylist so obviously you need to be very careful who you book in with.

Had my hair highlighted 10 days ago at Hair Organics. Unfortunately however the colour was the same as when I went in! Leo the stylist asked me to come in order for him to rectify, free of charge which I did today. The colour is still not the ‘super bright’ blonde highlights he promised - not at all my brief. However the worst of the experience was the total lack of interest in me as a customer today. Leo made no efforts to check my hair after the receptionist dried it - yes the receptionist. He had promised he would check the cut too today as he rushed that last time. I believed it would all be put right today but alas, this was not to be. I observed the treatment of an elderly customer who despite her ‘booking online’ they had no appt for & asked her to come back another day. She was on crutches & none of the staff attempted to help her with the door on the way out - until the receptionist finally made a half hearted attempt. I was disgusted. All in all, a slightly self possessed, uninterested team of staff.

Delighted with my cut and colour by Leo today! Such a relaxing space to have colour and cut. The staff were friendly and welcoming and Leo took time to listen to what I would like to achieve with my hair.
