Hello, I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with my recent appointment with Olanda. The hair colour was left on for far too long, and my scalp felt extremely uncomfortable, almost burnt. In addition, my hair was not washed properly after the treatment, and my back was left wet, which made the experience unpleasant and unprofessional. I expected a higher standard of care and attention. I hope you will address this issue to ensure better service in the future. Kind regards,

Didn’t like having to wait without an apology until I drew attention to it and was then told hairdressers often run late! This was after my last appointment almost bei g cancelled as I was 12 minutes late because the tube broke down in the tunnel! I felt my appointment was rushed, not enough care taken with cut and the scrunch dry was terrible- I should have had a proper blow dry to show that my hair had been cared for and that I left the salon feeling, I had had attention, my hair looked good and I had had value for money. I felt none of these when leaving.

I have been to hair organics many times, but on this occasion I was very disappointed at the treatment I received. Normally when I arrive, and are seated I am offered a drink, but not this time. I noticed that other customers had been offered refreshments, but not me. Also when my hair had been coloured it is usually a wait of no more than 30 minutes before it is washed and dried. I sat for over an hour, totally ignored, before having my hair washed. I had been in the salon for an hour and a half in total, which is the longest i had ever taken to have my hair coloured. My mouth was dry, and I was very thirsty after such a long wait. I left the salon feeling very upset at the treatment I had received, and will not be returning in future. This is no way to treat a regular customer.

Low rating on the “how we treated you” referring to a nasty/rude comment from a female hair dresser/receptionist. While we had our hair being washed, a client sitting next to me and myself have been asked if we wanted to have any complementary treatment. We replied “no” and I then heard from the lady that nowadays, people are trying to save few pennies while they’re paying hundreds of pounds at the hairdresser. I do not appreciate such comments, especially as a loyal customer who spends almost 150£/month at this salon. Customers should not be forced to say yes for a service they don’t want, they don’t have time to enjoy, they don’t need (my hair are oily and any treatment make them even more oily and heavy). Otherwise, everything was perfect with my hairdresser.

Always enjoy my visits to Hair Organics. Really good service, quality products and great staff and stylists. A great treat!

I really love Hair Organics and have been a few times now whereas before I hardly ever been to the same salon twice. On my last visit though I was a bit disappointed with the service, i.e. the colouring but always had really good experiences before. Will probably try a different stylist next time.
