I am dissatisfied with the service today, the root colour looks very light comparing with what I chose, instead of dark brown it is very light that you can see the difference. the person that was washing the hair after colour, was using her nails instead of fingers. she scratches my head skin with her nails. it is not my first time in Hairlucinations bu today service is really bad.

First time coming to the salon, as I am not from liverpool, and my partner recommended it, and I will never come back, the lady went on about how much my hair was ruined, which is why I came to the salon in the first place, there was hardly no talk, the lady that washed my her was rough and scratched me her nails were that long she scratched me numerous times whilst washing my hair, and to be honest it hardly looks any different from when I went in, her attitude was awful, the whole experience was rushed, she kept going on to her Apple Watch to read stuff, I am really disappointed in the whole experience. I felt my time there was rushed, I suffer with anxiety as it is, I will certainly not be returning, my partner is really disappointed as she has used this salon in the past and really recommended it.

I visit this hairdressers whenever I'm visiting family in Liverpool. I've not found any hairdressers i like more at home. This time however I was forgotten about in the waiting area after booking in, and heard the staff talking about how I had not turned up! I shouted them to alert them that I was here. I then felt rushed as I was the last appointment of the day. I've had much better service on previous visits. It won't stop me from coming back, but it was disappointing as they are usually so good.

I have a query that the total amount stated on the confirmation email (per attachment) is £39.50 with upfront payment of £22.24 and so the outstanding balance should be £17.26. After service at shop, I wad told to pay a balance of £31.76. Although I paid it anyway, I feel it not honest way to do business. Maybe, you can explain further why I need to pay more than what was confirmed. Overall, I am satisfied with the hair stylist. He is professional on his skill.

My experience today was a bit mixed, although happy with my hairdo the overall treatment wasn't that good. It wasn't particularly busy I was having colour cut and blow dry hence as expected I was in the salon for a couple of hours of which I wasn't offered a drink or any reading matter and some of the staff would have been free to do that as they were busy chatting at times!

I tried to cancel an appointment I had booked online as I would not be able to make it. I asked for a refund for the deposit I had paid and I did not receive it, I came in for a treatment from abbi who was great and so helpful with me. I did mention to Katie I had not had the refund, I thought she was very rude by answering well you should not have booked and this had happened before with me. ( this being the first time I have cancelled an appointment) wouldn't mind I cancelled well in advance, if it had been the last minute I called I understand you would lose your deposit but it was 5 weeks in advance. I only asked for the payment to go off my last treatment. it does say on the website if you cant keep an appointment to call and cancel and that's what I did. did not expect to be spoken to so rudely and made to feel embarrassed for asking for my own money back. I spend a lot of money in the salon as I love getting my hair done here.
