The salon is very nice but some of the staff should be professional. Feel quite uncomfortable the way they laugh behind you feels like they are talking about you. some of the hairdressers are not experience and you have to be careful who you get referred to. I believe that a saloon should be able accept that they are not perfect and in contrary should improve in their downfall.

I would prefer to hear a music more peacefull in the salon; The music is too stressful

My stylist was very good- I can see that that she is very good at cutting. However, I did find communication between us quite difficult as her English was not very good. I'm not sure if I was able to make myself understood to her all the time and she found it difficult to express herself fully and clearly. I'm sure that will improve in time. I would like her to cut my hair again, if i visit Hair Focus.

Customer service and knoledge was great from everyone in the haordresser 10/10, however I had an appoitment and I got served an hour later, and also found it quite expensive.

I really like the professionals but they seem to be overbooking clients and the hairdressers end up attending multiple clients at the same time, creating confusion and the wait is sooo long that I sometimes regret going there.
