Hair Focus are very organized. They make the costumer feel pampered. Hair stylist gave professional hair advice. He gave me a haircut that suited my face and made me feel better. It was our first time going to Hair Focus at the London Designer Outlet in Wembley. We were given a very warm welcome from the moment we stepped through the doors. The whole team gave off a very friendly vibe, they were very hospitable and the service my 4yr old daughter recieved was amazing...she loves her new haircut! I've already booked myself in for an appointment and we've already recommended the salon to a member of our family. Really glad we discovered you guys! Thank you for the excellent experience...and for the lovely apple juice :)

Water temperature needs to be adjusted as it takes quite long to get warm Shampooing took a bit too long and hence it became quite uncomfortable to sit as not the most comfortable neck/head support Nice, Soft feeling towels Theresa is skilfull and I have had many compliments on the way she styled my hair
