i always find the staff at hair by Phillip welcoming and helpful, if no appointments are available they always speak to the stylist to see if she can squeeze me in. It is always a happy atmosphere no heavy selling of there products just helpful advise, they go through what you want and talk you through what they're doing to, to confirm with you its what you want. there's no really rush they understand if your 5 mins late and we understand if they are too. The staff remember you from one visit to the next, Coffee is always available :) 100% happy

Everyone always friendly, helpful and polite. Donna did my colour and as always made a good job of, a new(to me) young lady shampooed after and was very pleasant and helpful, unfortunately I failed to catch her name, very remiss of me, but she had dark hair and very pretty, as all of the girls are! Phillip cut and blow dried my hair after the colour and as usual he did a very good job so I have to give 10 out of 10 to everyone.i didn't ask for any professional advice, but the form wouldn't let me close without rating that so I gave it 10 anyway as I am sure if I had asked that is what it would have been!
