It was ok but I did go in for basic treatment, nothing fancy. It was very hot and steamy in the salon. It would benefit from having some windows open and smell from some treatments (such as hair colouring) can make it unpleasant.

Sorry that you felt that it was too hot, we are happy to open the doors or the skylight on request please feel free to ask a member of staff we are happy to accommodate.We are currently in the processes of organizing a refit of the whole salon and air conditioning is one of the things we will be looking into. having installed for the comforts of our clients. It is with regret that the end of my experience with HBP yesterday is a negative one. I was not informed by my stylist that they do not offer Top Section highlights so that they would be charging for a half head. This price has also increased by £30 since my last visit for half head also which is a huge increase since my visit in January.

New staff. Hair washer was worst wash ever and she looked so grumpy, sulky, filthy looks all the time before and after wash. Wash was very un-thorough and unpleasant. New stylist. Not great. Very disappointed. Needs to learn how to communicate as well. Shame. If was my only appnt there ever I'd not return. :-(
