I went in for a curly blow dry and left with my hair pretty much straight with a kink in it. Unfortunately I will not be returning & do believe it was a waste of money and time. My hair was not remotely curly.

I’m actually really upset after my visit. Asked for dark blonde and came out with dark brown with a red/orange undertone and more red at the front. Was asked if I wanted warm or cool tone. I said cool. The cut is great. But the colour is a mess. The original quote was £99 and they ended up putting an orange underneath a brown and so I was charged for 2 tints making the final fee £130. I don’t even want to leave the house like this to be honest. Will never go back. Honestly so upset. I trusted them to have listened to what I asked. But it’s like they just did whatever they wanted. My hair was white when I went in. I would never have touched it with red as it would be impossible to get rid of. Now I’m stuck with it. Have never been so upset after spending so much money.

I won’t be going back, I was asked the usual ‘going on holiday this year?’ If you’re going to ask at least pretend to be interested in the answer! I didn’t get offered a drink, felt like they couldn’t wait to get rid. It’s not as good as it used to be in there, shame.
