I had a really bad experience with a Cardiff hairdressers and my hair had been 'ruined'. I called up Hair by Jones in a panic because they had been recommended to me by family, thankfully Aimee was able to squeeze me in last minute. Aimee was professional, friendly and put me at ease considering I was nervous after my disastrous cut and colour from the week before. Aimee advised me and gave me several options about how I would like her to fix my hair and I am so happy with the result. My hair looks a million times better and I now wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my hair, I will definitely be a returning customer. The other ladies in the salon were equally lovely and welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door. I couldn't recommend them more!
