How lucky am I to stumble on Hair by Jones?! Staying in Monmouth for a few months but I was nervous about having a cut after a disastrous visit to a well known salon in Cheltenham. Luckily for me I had Chantal to cut my hair, she immediately made me feel at ease and listened ( very important) while I explained about my hair. She did an excellent job and I’m thrilled with the outcome. Immediately made another appointment with her. Whew!! I was nervous; I had no need to be. Thank you Chantal and Ellie!

I started going to this salon when I was a temporary reticent Monmouth last spring. I was lucky enough to have my hair cut by Chantel, who gave me the best cut I had had for years! I felt pleased with the shape she created and I garnered compliments from family and friends. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the staff are very attentive. All in all it’s a very pleasant experience and even though I now live in Ledbury I still remain loyal to Hair by Jones.
