After moving to London five years ago I have yet to find a hair stylist who I will go back to and think I finally have. Everything about this experience was fantastic and value for money is incredible compared to what salons in Notting Hill (for example) are charging. Guy was professional, extremely knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and gave me his professional opinion too. It was a true consultation where you feel someone is giving you their professional advice and working to find what cut/style works best for you. The session also included a head massage with oil before the wash, an added bonus and delightful. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and professional yet welcoming. Truly blown away by the quality of service and look forward to going back.

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a great hairdresser - and I found one! Very professional and great advice. Guy knows what he's talking about. Friendly, great value, with a lovely cup or green tea too. Definitely going back.

I've been here before and usually see the senior stylist. I usually receive texts for discounts but haven't received these for some time. Therefore I booked on Treatwell this time for a discount (still £116 for colour and cut so not talking cheap as chips here) and for 'senior stylist' which was £15 dearer than stylist but when arrived had been allocated to a more junior stylist. I thought this was cheeky regardless of whether they thought I'd been there before or not. The stylist was lovely however and very attentive but I wasn't completely happy with the colour (half head highlights) once I got home and saw it in my home mirror. It was over bleached at the front and uneven. Called them next day and luckily they were able to fit me in for colour correction. Bit of a pain but they were very accommodating in terms of fixing the colour. The same stylist fixed the colour and asked for some advice from the senior stylist; she was good natured and professional. I am happy with the colour. Sad to see the trainee has left she was lovely and would give relaxing head massage!
