Excellent service from start to finish - I contacted the salon to book a hair up appointment and spoke to Petra about what I wanted. It was easy to book my appointment, and she also gave me details about nearby parking as I was not overly familiar with the salon location. I was warmly greeted at the beginning of my appointment, seated and brought a drink. Petra then worked her magic on my hair, and let me have some input too which I really appreciated!! I was so happy with the end result, and received compliments all night about my hair. I would definitely recommend Petra Bentley, and will be coming back again!
