Cara has been my hairdresser for nearly 2 years now and I have recommended her to other people. It is only for Cara's service and skills that I come to Genesis, I hold no loyalty to the salon as such. I think Cara is very talented at her job and understands how to interact with clients, knows how to provide a special experience for each individual and ensures they walk away completely satisfied.
