I have been using the salon since it opened and have up until recently been very happy with the service. The issue I have is the age limit of a childs cut and blow dry and having to be pay an adults price for my daughter, who is only 14! With great regret we have both found an alternative salon offering the same level of service but for a more competitive fee and offering child's price for cut and blow dry. If Genesis were to offer a more competitive child's cut and blow dry then this would entice both me and my daughter back to the salon.
