Slight glich with the booking system this time. Arrived for 6pm cut and finish and told I'd arrived early. Had written down the booking date and time and received text confirmation too. It appeared someone had moved the appointments down and as result had to wait 25 mins to be seen. The staff did apologise and received plenty of hot tea and biscuits which on such a chilly night were welcome!
