I have been coming to Franceso Group in Streetly for the last 5 years. My first experience wasn't great - however, they were very good at rectifying the issue and I was assigned to a different stylist. I am so pleased I decided to stick with it as my stylist is fantastic, he knows exactly how I like my hair. All the staff in the salon are always friendly, polite and happy to help. I have already recommended the salon. My stylist to many friends and will continue to do so in the future.
