My hair was done very well by two very friendly and competent members of staff and I was very pleased with the result. However, I was disappointed that, having been told when I booked that my regular stylist was on holiday, when I arrived at the salon, my usual stylist was there. As I have used the same stylist for several years, I would have liked to have been given the opportunity to decide whether I changed my appointment. I also felt that it was rather inappropriate for one of the senior staff to have a conversation of at least 15 minutes at the chair next to mine, with a person who I assume was a representative or a colleague from elsewhere. I enjoy the relaxation of reading a magazine whilst waiting for my colour to develop, and on this occasion, this was not possible. Overall,this was the most disappointing visit to your salon in the 10 years I have been a client.
