I though the quality of the hair service was good, but the premises (and the equipment) were not particularly clean. For instance, the brush they used had hairs from a previous customer and was clearly not clean. Overall, I was pleased with the service but, improvements in cleanliness need to be made before I would be prepared to return or recommend.

So I went to Feel for some natural brown highlights (I have quite dark hair) The lady with whom I discussed this with appeared to know exactly what I wanted (Elena if I'm not mistaken) she double checked with her manager if this was okay to do the same day and she (manager)appeared very hostile, didn't say hello or even smile.I was then given over to a lovely man (I don't want to say his name because he was really nice) but he gave me BLONDE highlights! On black hair, when I showed everyone I interacted with a picture of the exact BROWN colour I wanted! I have naturally black hair so you can imagine the combination which is not good. I think the foils were left on for too long. In any case I am really disappointed as I was extremely excited and looking forward to having my hair done from FEEL especially since the reviews Iv'e been reading were so good. But the stylists seemed like they wanted to quickly get things done and didn't interact with me as I would have expected they would from the reviews. Soooo upset with my hair and disappointed with the salon. I really wanted to like it!

Although it was a great salon and I'm happy with my hair, it did feel a little judgey in that environment.

There wasn't really anything 'special' about the place or the haircut, and it would've been nice to have more of a head massage during the wash. The price is quite good though (for central London) and my hair looks good as well - although I didn't ask for a complicated cut. I would probably go back but I wouldn't rave to other people about it.

Really disappointed by my haircut and the way my stylist reacted. I showed a specific photo of the length I wanted my hair, and received a cut that was considerably shorter. When I mentioned it to my stylist, she just shrugged at me and handed me a payment terminal. It was a really disappointing experience to both receive a very different haircut than what I’d requested and then have the stylist not acknowledge this or apologize for poorly executing my haircut. She also uncomfortably asked me several times to consider dyeing my hair and implying that it didn’t look good with its natural colour. It’s a fine haircut but I wouldn’t go back since the stylist I had was not attentive to my request or receptive to the feedback I gave.

I gave reference photos, and discussed the length would be left below my shoulders, as I just wanted slight shaping to my hair. Instead, I was left with a bob, and no shaping. So so upset, I actually cried after my visit as I have a big birthday and have no self-confidence with my extremely short hair now. I spoke to salon and they refunded the appointment cost, but they were not very apologetic or meaningful in their response to my despair.
