I gave reference photos, and discussed the length would be left below my shoulders, as I just wanted slight shaping to my hair. Instead, I was left with a bob, and no shaping. So so upset, I actually cried after my visit as I have a big birthday and have no self-confidence with my extremely short hair now. I spoke to salon and they refunded the appointment cost, but they were not very apologetic or meaningful in their response to my despair.

It was my first time at Feel hairdressers (Soho), the service and atmosphere was nice and welcoming. I had the stylist Nuria wash, cut and blow dry my hair, she gave me exactly what I asked for in a haircut and I loved it. I’ve never loved a haircut, so it was a big thing. She is a wonderful person as she is a hairstylist and I highly recommend you to book with her.

Nuria was warm and friendly. She listened to what I was looking for and took this on board. I was over the moon with my cut and even my daughter said I look like myself again!
