Hairdresser was really rough and yanked my hair a lot causing a lot to come out when I was home She also kept scratching me with her nails. My hair didn’t look like what I had asked for so had to re do it when I got home. Wasn’t offered a drink and the hair wash was very basic

I arrived at the salon with two pictures both of which I didn’t really feel were acknowledged. I asked for a root touch up to cover grey hair and a faded balayage with a straight bob cut. However I have left without my hair looking the way the picture did. I have been given a graduated bob with colour from the root the end of my hair. I phoned to complain and was invited back to get my colour redone, which was the least of my worries when I have just lost 2-3 inches of hair I never wanted cut off.

Shampoo was poor, no pressure and didn’t get a massage during conditioner, even though I had a treatment put on whilst at the basin, the young girl put it on and left without telling me she was going! I had a star burst, but the high loft tint wasn’t left on for long enough and I have goldy highlights not milky colour highlights as I’d wanted. I have curly hair and so didn’t book a blow dry, but the stylist told me she didn’t have product for curly hair, luckily I had brought my own which I applied. She then asked if I’d like to have the diffuser to take the majority of the wetness away - I agreed but she had clearly never dealt with curly hair as she started to move the hairdryer around breaking up all the curls… I told her to stop and that it would be fine. When we got to the till she told me she wouldn’t charge me for the blow dry - as if she was doing me a favour. I’ve been a customer for many many years but this is the worst experience I think I’ve ever had.

Been coming here for years and travel nearly an hour 1 way as Chelsea always does a fantastic job but prices are not acceptable anymore!
