Came a few weeks ago friendly environment but did think the prices were high considering itโ€™s a local hairdresser.

Thank you for your review and visiting us at Hair Xchange. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the friendly atmosphere however I'm sorry you felt the price was too high. Apologies as this should have been explained at the point of sale. Unfortunately due to the recent (COVID) closure we haven't been able to see our clients as regularly as usual. Therefore the amount of time and products needed on each client during their first visit back, after several months of lockdown hair, has been more than normal. As a local business we aim to provide our clients with a professional, high quality, safe and hygienic environment, as a business we have absorbed all costs associated with doing so. Please be assured at Hair Xchange we try our best to keep all our clients happy and safe. Thank you for your feedback, we love to hear from our clients.

My hair was done by a lovely lady called Ella. She engaged with me the whole time always getting my approval on everything she did. Also great suggestions given to me and advise too when I wanted it. I left the salon feeling loads better and relaxed too. I look forward to returning again soon ๐Ÿ˜Š

I have been going to Hairxchange for just over a year now. Melissa always dies my colour just as I like it and also gives advice about my hair. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. My daughter has also changed hairdressers and goes to Hairxchange now too.
